Thnx. the connection goes like this : Machine (has Domino server, Notes Client, Ms outlook, IE browser installed on it)--> switch --> firewall --> router --> leased line --> hosting company / internet. i have tried sending mail using hotmail account & Ms Outlook, it goes out successfully. But when i use Notes Mail, in console stated Error: 5.7.1...unable to relay to smtp.webnet.com.my.
i have checked the server doc., which FQHN i have to type? the server.xyz.com.my or the smtp.tmweb.com.my? if this is right but i still can't connect, what can i do? This machine is running on MS 2000 Server & i have disable the Ms SMTP services so that only SMTP Listener task in Domino is enabled. The Domino is R5.0.8
What else can i do?
May i know where is the SMTP connection doc.? & where can i find setting for POP? which doc? which field? Pls help. Sorry, but it really need to be done by today...Thnx a lot, Rob. i appreciate you.
